Here is an interesting old shot of a Bentley taken outside what I know as the Obbe Stores in Leverburgh.

The car belonged to a Mr Lawrence of Stornoway who was involved in the Tweed industry. I'd be interested if anyone could date the shot. It came from a work colleague's father's collection and I recognised it straight away much to his surprise! Our family holidays were at Borrosdale for 20 odd years staying with Kenny MacSween. Still keep in touch with them and Ivor Horton who visits us in Peebles from time to time.
